2 Lesson Scheduling, Attendance & Punctuality
To maximize training efficiency and ensure you pass your driving test on the first attempt, the following attendance guidelines apply:
- Mandatory Hours: Students must complete all practical lesson hours specified in their package before an RMV trial appointment is finalized.
- Punctuality: Please arrive at our branch or designated training track at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson slot.
- Rescheduling Notice: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, a minimum of 24 hours prior notice is required to reschedule without forfeiting lesson time.
- Safety Footwear: Closed flat shoes (sneakers or driving shoes) are mandatory during all vehicle driving sessions. Slippers, flip-flops, and high heels are strictly forbidden.
3 Fee Schedules, Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Samaras Driving School operates on complete fee transparency with zero hidden surcharges or surprise costs:
- Installment Facilities: Course fees can be paid in flexible agreed installments. An initial registration deposit is required upon commencement.
- Final Clearance: Full course fees must be settled prior to the submission of candidates for the government RMV practical trial test.
- Official Receipts: An official computer-generated receipt with a unique receipt number is issued for every payment and verified in your Student Portal.
- Refund Terms: Course registration fees and government processing fees are non-refundable once administrative paperwork or practical training has commenced.
4 Vehicle Safety & In-Car Code of Conduct
Your safety and the safety of all road users is our highest priority during every driving lesson:
- Dual-Control Certified Vehicles: All training cars are equipped with secondary dual-control brake and clutch pedals operated by our certified instructor.
- Instructor Instructions: Students must strictly follow all verbal instructions and safety commands issued by the certified instructor at all times.
- Zero Alcohol & Drug Policy: Driving under the influence of alcohol, medications causing drowsiness, or illicit substances is strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate course cancellation.

Failure to comply with an instructor’s emergency stop or steering corrections jeopardizes safety and may result in immediate suspension from driving practicals.
